What does Cupio mean?

The term “cupio” means “wish”, but for our team it means a lot more than that. At Cupio Snack, this word is a literal synonym for the company identity as this brand was founded based on a dream to help you get delicious, guilt-free snacks for every occasion. You overcome a huge variety of challenges every day so Cupio is here to help you wish for bigger things and get better snacks.

Ordering Online

How do I create an account?

Creating an account at Cupio is easy! All you have to do is click on the Login/Register button on the menu and follow the process. You’ll need to provide some basic information, but once created, you’ll be able to see your account history, track your products, and make sure that you always have great snacks at home.

How do I order? 

Ordering our guilt-free snacks has never been easier. All you need to do is go to the Shop page, check out the different flavors, and add the products you want to your cart. Once you have all of the snacks you want, click on the cart button on the top right and then on the checkout button to complete the payment process and your order will be on its way. Make sure to double-check all the information provided before finalizing!

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart. What should I do?

As long as the items are in stock, you should be able to add them to your shopping cart. If there is a message saying that the product is temporarily unavailable, it means we’re out of stock and working on preparing more delicious snacks. 

If you’re having issues due to technical reasons, we suggest trying with another browser or turning off your device and turning it back on after a few seconds.

Can I amend and/or cancel my order?

Yes, of course you can cancel or edit your order after it’s been completed! All you need to do is contact the customer service department to track down your order. We’ll get back to you and let you know how we’ll handle your unique situation based on the stage of the order, so contact us today if you need help.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After an order is successfully placed, you should receive a verification email confirming your request. That said, we will only process your order once the credit card payment has been approved and after the billing address has been verified. You can track your order and all relevant changes by creating an account.

I have allergies to certain ingredients. Where can I obtain ingredient information for your items?

Many Cupio products contain common allergens. It’s best that you look at the ingredients and allergies section before purchasing Cupio products. The ingredients and allergens section can be found directly on the packaging or in the description section of each product page. To learn more, contact us today and we’ll be glad to help.

Do Cupio snacks contain gluten?

Gluten is a common ingredient found in a variety of goods. All Cupio products are gluten-free, which you can confirm on the labels of the different snacks available. This makes them the perfect choice if you are intolerant or prefer to avoid gluten for nutrition/digestive reasons. 

Do any Cupio products contain GMO ingredients?

It’s believed that genetically modified organisms (GMOs) can have severe effects on the human body. Cupio ensures that all its products are made with 100% natural ingredients that do not contain any types of GMOs. Cupio is committed to providing you with guilt-free snacks that are delicious, and as part of that, the company avoids GMOs, synthetic preservatives, and artificial flavors.

Are there chemicals in Cupio products?

All Cupio products are made using natural nuts and other ingredients that come from the ground. Cupio nuts do not contain any artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or other chemicals in order to provide you with the best mix of taste, value, and balance. 

Shipping and Delivery

How do I know if my gift order has been received?

Whether it’s birthdays or holiday celebrations, Cupio glazed nuts make amazing gifts! You can place an order on the site and send it directly to your friend or family member. You’ll know when your gift order has been received because Cupio sends out an automated text message or email message confirming the delivery.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If you’re placing your order from Jeddah, Riyadh, or Dammam, the standard courier delivery time is two working days from the moment the order was accepted. In case you’re placing an order in other cities of the Kingdom, then the shipping time may be extended to 5 working days due to logistic reasons.

How can I track my delivery?

After your order is shipped, the system will automatically send out a tracking number from Diggipacks which allows you to see where your snacks are. All you need to do is access the Diggipacks tracking page and submit the number you received.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, your delivery address can’t be changed. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have the right address on your order before submitting it. If not, you may have to cancel and place a new order, which may incur additional fees depending on how far the initial order got.

There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

First off, we would like to apologize on behalf of the team for sending you an incomplete order. If this is the case, please contact the customer service department through the live chatbox at the bottom right of every page or via WhatsApp. The team will be glad to help verify the items that should have been in your order and send the remaining products to you.

I’ve received a damaged/the wrong product, what should I do?

While we do our best to work with quality couriers, there are some instances where products get damaged during the shipping process. If you have received damaged goods, we apologize for the inconvenience and urge you to get in touch with the customer department team. The team will make sure that you receive a second order to make up for the goods that were damaged.

I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

We have four unique flavors available in two different sizes, so we know that sometimes it’s easy to lose track of your order and submit the wrong request. In these cases, you should contact the customer support team to make sure that we track down your order, see at what stage it is, and take the steps to correct the mistake. 

Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?

Remember, the product shipping time is 1-3 days working days for Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam, and 3-7 days for other parts of the Kingdom. 

If it’s past your order delivery date, you should get in touch with the customer care team via the chatbox on the right-hand bottom corner or through WhatsApp. You can also contact the courier Diggipacks directly through WhatsApp at +966547806666, just make sure that you have your tracking number.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, you can pay in cash upon delivery. Just select this option when you check out and you’ll be able to issue a cash payment upon receiving your snacks. You can choose to pay through a variety of different methods as well, so check out the Shop page now to place an order. 

 

Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at Care@cupiosnacks.com.
